How nice. Your voice and knowledge present well. But these tiny homes were meant for people that are unable to afford a home and a roof over their heads. Well, we are back to expensive homes that most can't buy again. Very unfair.

Absolutely HATE not being to walk around the bed . It would not be convenient to make the bed, and it would just look sloppy ! No thanks...

I think this house is terrible!! A step ladder will be needed to make use of the upper kitchen cabinets as well as the ones in the bedrooms and bathrooms (behind and above the toilet yet, an accident waiting to happen). The stools at the kitchen table are touching each other. People will have difficulty getting in and out of their seats due to crowding and they will be bumping each other while eating. The couch position in relation to the TV and fireplace is wrong. The hanging fixture over the eating area is too small to be up that high, it looks awful. The bunk bed in front of the window isn't a good idea for kids. The closets without doors is another stupid idea, your clothes will get dusty and possible sunlight damage. No coat closet or shoe/boot storage in the entry area. The kitchen trash can should be near the sink for efficient use. Those bathroom sinks are useless. This is the worst house design I have ever seen!

Windows all in the wrong places. Primary bedroom only needed 1 window!!! These would be pricey because those mini splits aren't cheap!! Bathroom is nice but who wants someone to crap right across from the kitchen!! You add to many expensive products!! Thats raises your prices ultimately!! A way to big of a window for a bathroom!!! Not wide enough!! Should be 12" wide!! Without all the expensive products!!dont like having to sit and eat at a rinky dink snack bar all the time!!!

Cabinets ugly, don't like the shed roof. Men definitely build this and decorated it also!! Outside is nice except for the roof!!.

Where do the outside unit(s) for the mini splits go? Are they on the roof or do you have to install them after permanent spot for the home?

It looks like you're doing high quality work with very nice finishes. I think it's just beautiful. I wish you would tell us where you got the couch-it is PERFeCT. My main complain with most tiny home builders is there is zero living space in the home. This has the perfect area to sit together and watch a movie or just visit after dinner. Well done! I would want mine to have less windows. I want more wall space to hang art and bookshelves. Some day....some day!

As a woman, i absolutely love this tiny home. Wish you would say the price though. As another commenter stated, if you dont give a price its usually crazy expensive. Anyways, love the house and love your video just wish a price was given..

Does anyone think about how much the water bills are for a Tiny Home or the Taxes are and home insurance. With the way the economy is there are Cities and States are trying to screw home owners with very high waterbills and one guy got a $13,000 bill and new that was not right. Becareful with the economy the way it is gas and oil prices are through the roof and Home owners are being ripped off big time. Look it up.

It's just awful. The Kadies are right. More 5th wheels and Motorhones are better designed than this. Whoecer put the tv and fireplace sideways to the sofa is an idiot.

I can’t believe that they managed 2 bathrooms in 400 sq feet. You’ll never find that in a New York apartment. Great uses of space.

This is a lovely tiny home.💕 Its very well made, and has an amazing kitchen! I too, would like a combo washer/dryer, a minisplit, and a bedroom. In the interim, I would opt for a cute daybed instead of a futon.

Really great floorplan and use of space, I would tweak it for our families needs - I would have a 1/1/2 bath, with one bathroom with a shower and tub and the other just a powder room with sink and toilet. The rest of the space is pretty darn good.

Wanted to see other homes that you offer, but had to leave my personal information first. I don’t roll that way. This home is beautifully done. Would I change a few things, yes, but unable to do so.

Vent or no vent, if someone does number 2 in that bathroom, It's going to waft right into your kitchen. gross! You should find a way to have the entrance to that bathroom in that useless open closet space in bedroom #1.

Broom closet??? Also, you don't want the trash in the next county. you should've put that extra space to the right of the refrigerator or just made it a broom closet or pantry.

I think I would have some concerns. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets stop shy of the ceilings, but are too tall to comfortably be able to dust the tops of the cabinets without contorting yourself because the space is simply too small to get in there. It would be better to completely close those spaces off than to leave them open to collect dust. The bedroom closets...there is no way I would ever want an open closet area with no way to close it off except installing some kind of curtain, and that almost always looks bad. No one wants to stare at their hanging clothes when they are in the bed. The bathroom sinks are is tiny as to be highly impractical for actual daily use. How would you even wash and rinse your face without getting your clothes and shoes all wet? Never mind young kids using them. All of the cubbies should have electrical outlets in them. Someone may want a toaster in the kitchen cubby, electronics in the bedroom cubbies, etc. Other than those things, I think it's pretty nice.
